FLUIDIZED BED-PLASTIC COATING

We have a modern machine for Fluidized Bed-Plastic Coating for wire baskets and grids. Wares are hung on frames and transported to the pre-heating room at a temperature of 300°/400° by an automated closed-loop chain. They stay there for a few minutes according to the thickness of the wire. Once the wire is homogenously warm, the pieces are immersed into the tanks containing RILSAN powder or polyethylene powder.
